Indiviudal Therapy
I provide therapy sessions to adults on an individual basis. Together, we'll work to figure out what frequency makes sense for you based on your schedule, needs, and therapeutic goals.​ Individual therapy provides a safe, one-on-one space to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. It allows for tailored support and strategies that align with your unique needs, goals, and pace. Over time, this focused attention can help build insight, resilience, and healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.
EMDR
EMDR is a type of therapy that helps people process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. It involves briefly focusing on a disturbing memory or image while engaging in bilateral stimulation (side-to-side movements). Over time, this can reduce emotional intensity and negative beliefs tied to the experience. It consists of multiple phases, including history taking, resourcing/ grounding, identifying negative beliefs, and reprocessing through BLS.
Somatic Experiecing
Somatic Experiencing is a type of therapy that helps people heal from trauma by focusing on physical sensations in the body. Instead of just talking about what happened, the person gently notices how their body feels and where tension or discomfort might be stored. By slowly working through these sensations with support, the body can release stress and return to a more balanced state.
Telehealth
In addition to in-person therapy, I offer telehealth sessions. Telehealth therapy offers flexible, convenient access to mental health care by allowing clients to attend sessions from the comfort of their own space. It can remove barriers like transportation, time constraints, and geographic limitations, making therapy more accessible to a wider range of people. For many, the comfort of being in a familiar environment can also support a greater sense of safety and openness during sessions.
