About Kayla White, LPC, EMDR-Certified
I'm Kayla (she/her), a queer, neurodivergent, and chronically ill therapist. I specialize in trauma processing and recovery through a somatic lens, meaning I believe in the nervous system's innate ability to heal and regulate itself- sometimes it just needs a little guidance.
I received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of North Texas (UNT) and have been practicing independently since 2019.
When I'm not working with clients, you can find me exploring local coffee shops, listening to music or a podcast, and spending time with my partner and our dog, Bailey.

About Bailey
This is Bailey, the sweetest and most charismatic Frenchie you'll ever meet. In 2023, she developed IVDD, a degenerative disc disease that left her paralyzed in her hind legs. Don't let that fool you; she still has an incredible lust for life.
From time to time, she joins me in session. She loves to show off her cute diapers around the office and brings a joyful and playful vibe everywhere she goes. She loves cheese, big stuffed animals, and snuggling on the couch.
